WILL MY DJ BE ON TIME? Yes. We arrive at least 1 hour prior to the confirmed booking time to ensure that all of our equipment is set up and tested before your guests arrive.
CAN I SEE YOUR DISCO SET UP BEFORE I BOOK? Of course you can! Once you have seen how great our set is, you will want us at your next party! You can view videos of our disco set by clicking the 'Our Set' button above or visit our YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/letspartybirmingham.
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE BOOKINGS? Yes. Please ask when booking for details.
IS THE DJ SMARTLY DRESSED? Yes. DJ Craig will always arrive at your venue smartly dressed suitable for the party.
WHEN SHOULD I PAY THE DJ? We kindly request that the party is paid for at the beginning of the night to ensure that you can relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.
IS DJ CRAIG POLITE? Yes. DJ Craig has a great sense of humour and is a professional. He will never swear over the microphone.
WILL THE DJ PLAY AFTER TIME? Yes. Most of the time we will play 10-15 minutes after our scheduled time. Additional hours of play must be booked in advance and confirmed by the venue.
ARE YOU A DJ AGENCY? Absolutley not. DJ Craig is both the director general and lead DJ at Let's Party. We do have a network of platinum awarded back-up DJ's in the very unlikely event that DJ Craig is unable to attend so that your party will go ahead regardless.
DO YOU HAVE BACK UP SYSTEMS? Yes. All of our equipment is fully backed up in the unlikely event of equipment failiure.
WHAT DO YOU DO DURING THE BUFFET? At a time negotiated with you, we will play background music during the buffet, and then after its back to the Party!!!
CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE PROVIDED? Yes you can. We will give you a feedback form to fill in at the end of the night. Your feedback over the years has enabled up to provide a legendary service to customers.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER? Any area throughout the Midlands. A small additional charge is applicable if the venue is over 15 miles from Birmingham City Centre.
